About the job Purchasing Analyst

This person will support commodities negotiation, together with HQ staff; manage of basic business and department documents, assist to follow up supplier pricing, in order to ensure that existing commercial staff will focus more on professional business

Must have previous experience in the position (at least 2 years), so understands the routine and specific demands of Strategic Purchasing.

Main responsibilities:

Contact suppliers when required

Evaluate cost breakdown for parts and tooling

Manage documents related to shipments (invoicing, etc.)

Operate Purchasing system (SAP), updating contracts with prices / volumes and any other information required

Participate in internal meetings

Follow-up SQE Team in Suppliers Audits

Required:

Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred, Business Adminstration, Legal, Economy)

At least 2 years experience in Purchasing

Good communication

Ability to read technical drawings

English intermediate

Chinese will be considered a plus

Ability to negotiate with internal & external stakeholders

Analytical capacity for contract review

Cost breakdown analysis

Previous experience in Purchasing / Supply Chain
