Job Summary

The WalkMe Administrator is responsible for the implementation, administration, and ongoing governance of the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) and WalkMe Learning Arc. This role ensures that in-application guidance, contextual learning, and digital enablement experiences are effectively designed, deployed, governed, and measured across enterprise applications. The WalkMe Administrator partners with IT, business process owners, learning and change teams, and application stakeholders to drive user adoption, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-proficiency.

WalkMe Platform Administration

• Implement and Administer the WalkMe User Adoption Platform, including system installation, configuration, environments, and content governance.
• Manage WalkMe roles, permissions, and user access across administrators, builders, publishers, and analysts.
• Support WalkMe deployments across enterprise applications, including browser-based and desktop applications.
• Monitor platform health, content performance, and deployment stability.
• Implement and administer WalkMe Learning Arc, including system setup, branding, settings, and environment configuration.
• Manage Learning Arc roles and permissions aligned with WalkMe Console governance.
• Configure and maintain structured learning experiences such as courses, microlearning, simulations, and assessments.
• Support transition of existing learning content (e.g., SAP Enable Now) into Learning Arc.
• Lead or support initial WalkMe and Learning Arc implementations, including platform activation, configuration, and rollout planning.
• Establish standards for content structure, naming conventions, segmentation, targeting, and publishing workflows.
• Partner with business, training, and change teams to design effective adoption and learning strategies.
• Support onboarding and enablement of WalkMe builders, content authors, and analysts.
• Configure user segmentation and targeting to deliver contextual guidance and learning based on role, behavior, or application context.
• Analyze usage, engagement, and learning metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital adoption outcomes.
• Define and enforce governance models for content, publishing, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Stay current with WalkMe platform and Learning Arc feature enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and reduce support effort.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Learning & Development, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience administering WalkMe or a comparable digital adoption platform.
• Proven experience implementing both WalkMe DAP and WalkMe Learning Arc.
• Strong understanding of user adoption, contextual learning, and change enablement concepts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori with WalkMe.
• Background in learning design or organizational change management.
• Familiarity with analytics and adoption KPIs.
• WalkMe certifications or Digital Adoption Institute training.
