Job Summary

The Marketing Manager drives the strategic positioning, visibility, and growth of the Innovation Park. Own brand strategy, ecosystem engagement, and marketing execution to attract tenants, start-ups, corporates, investors, and partners, while supporting revenue and program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the Parks' vision, value proposition, and growth objectives.
  • Lead brand management, digital marketing, PR, content creation, and events to enhance awareness and thought leadership.
  • Drive tenant, partner, and program demand, managing campaigns, lead pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with startups, corporates, academia, investors, and government agencies to strengthen ecosystem engagement and partnerships.
  • Oversee marketing analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and ROI tracking to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support major events, innovation showcases, and sponsorship initiatives to maximize visibility and impact.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • A master's will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in innovation hubs, technology parks, startups, or PPP environments preferred.
  • Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, and growth campaigns.
