Client Support & Travel Assistance

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer support for clients planning travel

  • Assisting with coordinating travel options including cruises, hotels, tours, and vacation packages

  • Responding to client inquiries and providing helpful travel information

  • Communicating with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and details

  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and bookings

  • Staying informed on travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier information

  • Supporting clients before and after travel when needed
