Cruise Booking Agent (Remote)

Client Support & Cruise Planning

In this role, you will:

Provide outstanding customer service to clients interested in booking cruise vacations

Assist clients with researching and coordinating cruise options, including cruise lines, itineraries, stateroom options, and onboard packages

Answer client questions and provide helpful information about cruise destinations, ships, and travel requirements

Communicate with cruise suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details

Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookings

Stay informed about cruise promotions, new itineraries, and supplier updates

Offer assistance to clients before and after their cruise to ensure a smooth travel experience

Skills & Qualifications

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfort using email, online booking platforms, and basic computer tools
