Site Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, timelines, and project budgets. Monitor and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve any design or construction-related issues.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.

Job Description

• Checking and studying plans and technical designs for accuracy of on-site accomplishment.
• Supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of progress, quality, and status of projects.
• Estimating, ordering, and monitoring of materials required.
• Evaluation and monitoring of admin labor & sub-contractor billing.
• Ensures proper coordination with team, heads, other trades and subcons to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.
• Handles the concerns, problems and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency.
• Preparation of office works such as Daily Activity Report, Progress Monitoring, Permits, etc.
