About the job Regional Training Manager
Our client is a luxury brand which values the modern way of connecting with their customers and want to ensure that they can deliver them the best experience and also looking for a Training Manager who understands how to work with teams across the Asia Pacific region to help deliver the best in class retail experience. As a valued function in the team, the Training role will work closely with the GM and Group Training team to develop key training strategies for the region.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the GM to deliver training strategies, develop training programs specifically for the Asia Pacific region
- Work closely and coach retail teams to develop best in class customer services as part of the luxury experience and brand DNA to drive brand values
- Build strong relationships with leaders and across functions with team building activities
- Lead by coaching to build a strong sense of team spirit and building stronger communication bonds
- Build programs for future retail leaders is important to the business
- Curate training and development programs to facilitate business needs while identifying and training future leaders in the business
- Work closely with HR to develop tools to support succession planning needs
- Responsible for the annual training budgets and training calendar for the Asia Pacific team
- Work closely with the Group Training function to build the training strategy and develop successful training programs using best practice
- Support both field and classroom based training activities from enhanced retail sales selling and customer service to digital selling technique training for the Retail teams
- Lead inductions and training to successfully onboard all office and retail team employees
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in a business management or related disciplines
- At least 6 years of experience in a Training role and ideally in luxury or fashion retail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and comfortable with dealing with senior management
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
