About the job Marketing Admin
Marketing Budget Management:
- Track and update marketing expenditure data in the system.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciling budgets, and controlling cash flow.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to process payments, verify invoices, and approve expenses
Contract & Administrative Management:
- Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with internal procedures before submission for approval.
- Monitor contract progress and work with relevant departments to ensure timely processing.
- Organize and maintain records of contracts, invoices, and financial documents systematically
Operations Support & Process Improvement:
- Assist the Marketing team in event organization and handle logistics-related procedures.
- Propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless marketing operations
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Finance Operations, Procurement, or Administration.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documents and processes effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial/contract management software
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly meticulous in handling tasks.
