WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with the HAN procurement team to input into and develop core Procurement cycle at outlet level and group level for all relevant Business Units
• Develops, together with the procurement operations team, the procurement services lines and at assigned Business Unit
• Acts as Business Partner to all stake holders within HAN and at assigned Business Unit and align amongst
• Develops and manages reporting, benchmarking, and analytics to support the group procurement function particularly around spend categories, contract compliance, Procurement performance, supplier scorecards, and financial health
• Owner of outlet's procurement operations processes such as Procurement to Pay (P2P), Contract Management, Supplier performance
• Partner with Legal, Finance team to draft, negotiate and execute contracts
• Work with IT and Procurement Manager to configure procurement technologies to support reporting and governance needs
• Work with Strategic Procurement leadership to provide reporting and implementation assistance for category management and strategic sourcing efforts when necessary.

WHAT'S IDEAL TO US

• 2+ years of experience with sourcing, procurement operations, procurement consulting, or business systems / operations, logistics and supply chain (as a plus) with industry experience in construction, design & build
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization to solve compliance problems and ensure transparency of all procurement activities
• Good in data/figures and analytical & negotiation skills
• Necessary characteristics and virtues: careful, meticulous, honest, sensitive
• Work independently and under high pressure to meet required deadlines
• Experience in Non - Food procurement is a plus
• Follow deadlines, integrity, disciplined, willing to learn and can-do attitude.
