Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute Events: Coordinate all aspects of music events, including hiring performers, managing schedules, and overseeing event setup and breakdown.
- Handle event permits, equipment rentals, stage setup, lighting, sound, and transportation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via social media, email, and local outreach.
- Develop and manage event budgets, monitor expenditures, and seek cost-saving opportunities.
- Work closely with vendors, venue staff, and to ensure seamless event execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a positive experience for attendees and performers.
- Post-Event Reporting: Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and generate reports for future improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strongly preferred: candidates with knowledge of DJs, electronic music, and nightlife activities.
- Solid project management, supervision, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, energetic, creative, and willing to work flexible hours during events.
