WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Receive and review approved purchase requests related to F&B items.
• Source potential suppliers and compare quotations, product quality, and service to ensure the best purchasing options.
• Work directly with suppliers to negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions.
• Monitor and update delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues arising during the purchasing and receiving process.
• Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluations, report findings to Management, and propose improvements to the procurement process.
• Conduct market research to review input costs, selling prices, and consumer trends in order to recommend adding or removing products in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

WHAT'S IDEAL TO US

• Bachelor's degree or College degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (internship experience is acceptable).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
