    1. Introduction These Application Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the application process at HANALYTICA GmbH and its affiliated entities ("HANALYTICA", "we", "us", or "our"). By submitting an application on our website or through any other platform provided by us, you agree to these Terms.

Accurate and Complete Information By applying for a position with our company, you agree to provide accurate and complete information in your application, resume, and any other supporting documentation. You acknowledge that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may disqualify you from consideration for employment or result in termination of employment if discovered after hire.

    3. Authorization for Background Checks You authorize our company to conduct a background check, which may include a criminal record check, educational verification, employment verification, OFAC verification, sex offender check, ID check and/or passport check.

    13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be in Linz, Austria.
