We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to own and elevate our brand presence across major social platforms. This role is critical in driving awareness, building brand affinity, and generating leads that support our overall marketing and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Platform Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.

  • Own the content calendar, including scheduling, posting, community management, and comment moderation.

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our online communities with a focus on high-quality engagement.

  • Use social tools, link tracking, and content funnels to guide followers through the lead generation journey.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

  • Create original, platform-native content such as Reels, Stories, carousels, and video blogs that reflects brand identity and drives interaction.

  • Design and launch targeted social campaigns that align with broader marketing goals and support product or service launches.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor and report on KPIs including engagement, follower growth, CTR, and conversion rates.

  • Use insights to adjust strategies, test new formats, and identify content that converts.

Creative & Workflow Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather creative assets and ensure consistent brand visuals and messaging across all platforms.

  • Maintain a well-organized content asset library and track usage.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and brand teams to align social campaigns with company initiatives.

  • Share top-performing content for reuse in email, website, and paid marketing channels.

Lead Handoff & Support

  • Assist in lead distribution by supporting the communication and routing process from social to sales or regional teams.

Influencer & Event Support

  • Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and partners to create and promote branded content.

  • Occasionally attend events or clinics to capture live content for real-time engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or in-house team.

  • Proven success building online communities and driving lead generation through organic content.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.

  • Organized, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
