Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the full operations, profitability, and growth of our aesthetic skin centers across California with potential responsibility for additional markets as we expand. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about medical aesthetics, experienced in managing multi-site practices, and skilled in driving performance through operational excellence, talent development, and customer satisfaction.
The Operations Manager will be accountable for building and leading a high-performing team, managing financial outcomes, and implementing marketing and digital strategies to grow service and product revenues. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution across all facets of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership

Develop and execute business strategies in partnership with the medical director to deliver exceptional medical aesthetic services and patient outcomes.

Create and implement business plans that drive revenue growth in services and product sales.

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Team & Culture Development

Recruit, train, and manage a team of providers, estheticians, and administrative staff.

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement individual development plans.

Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture with a strong focus on professionalism and excellence.
Marketing & Business Development

Build and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive new patient acquisition and brand awareness.

Oversee digital initiatives including website, paid advertising, social media, and email campaigns.

Manage promotional activities, patient education programs, and community outreach.
Sales & Customer Experience

Set and monitor performance targets for patient services, product sales, and patient satisfaction.

Ensure top-tier customer service standards are met across all locations.

Provide oversight and support for patient consultations, education, and post-treatment follow-up.
Financial & Operational Oversight

Manage full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

Oversee procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of medical equipment and products.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and relevant state and federal laws.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, or multi-site healthcare environment; retail experience a strong plus.

Proven success managing physicians, RNs, aestheticians, and administrative staff.

Strong understanding of aesthetic medical regulations, including supervision, scope of practice, and compliance standards.

Financial acumen and familiarity with clinic operations, budgets, and performance metrics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lead with vision, motivate teams, and drive measurable results.

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and travel between locations regularly.
