Maternity Nurse Live in Role Chelsea, London- July 2025

Happy Nest is delighted to be supporting a lovely family in Chelsea, London, who have just welcomed their second baby, now 3 weeks old. They are seeking an experienced and qualified maternity nurse to join them for a long-term booking of 2-3 months.

This is a live-in role within a spacious family home, where youll have your own private adjacent room to the baby's nursery but will sleep in the same room as baby . The family also have a 3-year-old daughter, but your focus will be on the newborn, who is being mixed fed (breast and bottle) and has started to show signs of reflux.

They're looking for a warm, confident, and knowledgeable maternity nurse who can support them with establishing a gentle and consistent feeding and sleep routine for their new baby.

Position Details:

• Location: Chelsea, London
• Start: July 13th 2025 (Baby is 3 weeks old)
• Schedule: 24/7 care with 3-hour daily breaks
• Duration: 2 to 3 months 
• Accommodation: Private room next to the baby's nursery
• Salary: £350£400 per 24 hours (DOE)
• Option: Family are open to a 2-week-on / 2-week-off or week-on / week-off/ 5:2 or other schedule with two maternity nurses due to the duration of the booking

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified and experienced maternity nurse
• Warm, supportive, and adaptable personality
• Confident in supporting mixed feeding and managing reflux
• Skilled in helping establish routines for newborns
• Fully enhanced DBS check (Agency can assist)
• Paediatric First Aid certification
• Checkable references
• Recognised maternity nurse training (e.g., MNT, NEST, BabyEm, HATA, or Midwifery qualification)
