Happy Nest Nanny and Maternity Agency have the pleasure in seeking a Nanny / Mothers Help for a professional and loving family in London W2 We are seeking a warm, reliable and proactive Nanny / Mothers Help to care for their delightful 11-month-old daughter.

The family would welcome a nanny who values communication, engagement and gentle encouragement in supporting their daughters early development. Mum works from home, so this position requires a candidate who is comfortable working alongside a parent and who can take initiative whilst also being a supportive presence in the household.

Duties will include:

• Providing attentive and nurturing care for the baby throughout the day
• Creating stimulating, age-appropriate play and learning experiences within the families warm and nurturing home environment
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child
• Occasional errands
• Assisting with nursery duties such as tidying toys and keeping her spaces clean and organised
• Supporting daily routines including naps and feeding

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 2 years professional experience caring for babies of a similar age
• Checkable references from previous employers
• A calm, caring and flexible approach
• Confident working in partnership with parents, with good communication skills
• Paediatric First Aid and enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
• Fluent English is essential; an additional language is a plus

Details:

Location: London W2

Child: 11-month-old daughter

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary: £16 to £18 gross per hour, depending on experience

Start: 6th October 2025
