8.2 Applicants must refrain from contacting the client organization directly unless instructed by HaAik
8.3 Any attempt to misrepresent qualifications, share confidential information, or bypass official communication channels may result in disqualification.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan or the relevant jurisdiction where HarAik operates.
9.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the recruitment process will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
