If you are reading this, chances are youve spent a couple of years building data pipelines, wrangling batches, and fighting off the occasional bug that only shows up in production. Sounds familiar? Then wed love to talk to you.

Who are we looking for?

Were looking for a Data Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining real-world data systems. Someone whos curious, eager to grow, and ready to contribute.

Must-haves:

• Solid experience with Python and SQL in production environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Comfortable with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, and even a bit of bash when needed.
• Familiarity with different testing types (unit, integration) and how to apply them in real-life projects.
• Strong technical communication skills, both within the team and with non-technical folks.
  
  

Nice-to-haves (not required, but appreciated):

• Experience working with diverse data sources (databases, APIs, flat files).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP is a plus, but others are welcome too).
• Youve tackled technical debt before and believe in leaving code better than you found it.
• Interest in data governance topics like quality standards and access control.
• A habit of spotting broken or inefficient processes and making them better.
  
  

What youll be doing:

• Designing, developing and maintaining reliable data pipelines.
• Building and evolving clean, scalable data models.
• Keeping our codebase tidy and our workflows smooth.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, analysts, and product folks to make data flow beautifully.
