Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be working on a range of projects, ranging from private to public clients, and delivering residential and commercial properties. You will be working within a hardworking and energetic team on a full-time basis.

• Site Management;
• Supervision of projects;
• Creating reports;
• Analysing & understanding architectural drawings
• Arranging client coordination

Skills/Experience

• Experience in the local construction industry preferred;Great interpersonal communication skills;
• A good eye for detail, assertiveness, and confidence;
• Must be fluent in English;
• A keen grasp of information technology;
• Good proficiency of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and 3D modelling software;
• Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
• Professional, able to interact with clients;
• Positive, can do attitude.
