Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be working on a range of projects, ranging from private to public clients, and delivering residential and commercial properties. You will be working within a hardworking and energetic team on a full-time basis.

• Reviewing project plans and preparing quantity requirements;
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals;
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors;
• Preparing reports, measuring onsite, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents;
• Liaising with suppliers, estimating and preparing tender documents.

Skills/Experience

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Bachelors of Science in Quantity Surveying;
• Must have a driving license;
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in the finishing industry;
• Must be fluent in English;
• A keen grasp of information technology;
• Good proficiency of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office;
• Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
• Professional, able to interact with clients;
