Career Opportunity: We are supporting a global private equity firm in their search for a Digital HR/HRIS Specialist (SuccessFactors).
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Digital HR team which manages HR systems and supports all users globally. You will contribute to enhancing efficiency and to ensuring the delivery of important corporate wide projects.
Work Set-Up: Hybrid
Office Location: BGC, Taguig
Job Summary:
- Serves as a go-to expert in two or more of the SuccessFactors module
- Manages specialist and complex cases and requests
- Drafts and reviews user guides, project documentations, system configuration workbooks, UAT scripts, knowledge articles, etc.
- Assesses functional and technical change requests; challenges the business; manages authorizations
- Support projects and initiatives across the organization
- Manages system releases and scheduled system upgrades and perform system acceptance testing and analysis
- Manage tasks and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs)
- Recommends process modifications or improvements as appropriate
- Contributes to a culture of service excellence and support continuous improvement
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Data Analyst, or a related field is preferred
- Good understanding of HR processes, HR systems or data analysis with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in HR, HRIS (HR Information System), HR Business analysis or HR project management
- SuccessFactors experience as solution architect or system admin or super user is an advantage
- One SAP Success Factors certification is a must and any other HRIS certification is an advantage
