The Challenges

  • Keep growing our existing customer accounts by spotting new opportunities and offering more of what they need
  • Implement strategies and tactics to meet and ideally exceed annual revenue and sales targets.
  • Prepare sales material, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to inquiries and manage RFQs (Request for Quotes), ensuring quick and effective communication with clients.
  • Follow up on all stages of the sales cycle, including lead generation, quoting, coordination with operational staff, project implementation, and the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes


What it takes

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree preferably in Business or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with at least 5 years of Sales experience
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving ability, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Self-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a diverse environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and absolutely needs to have a can-do attitude
