About the job Customer Service Executive
Company Overview:
We are partnered with a rapidly growing freight forwarding company in search for a Customer Service Executive (Air, Sea and Transportation) based in Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipment schedules, bookings, monitor shipments and prepare documents needed for international shipping that covers air, sea and transportation
- Develop and sustan strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide solutions
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry to track and process orders
- Resolve issues that arises during the shpping process on timely manner
- Prepare quoations based on customer requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries
- Strong negotiation skills and able to work well in diversed environemnts
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
