Company Overview:

We are partnered with a rapidly growing freight forwarding company in search for a Customer Service Executive (Air, Sea and Transportation) based in Singapore 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipment schedules, bookings, monitor shipments  and prepare documents needed for international shipping that covers air, sea and transportation
  • Develop and sustan strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide solutions 
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry to track and process orders
  • Resolve issues that arises during the shpping process on timely manner
  • Prepare quoations based on customer requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries 
  • Strong negotiation skills and able to work well in diversed environemnts
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
