About the job Air Freight Export/Import Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensures that the Airfreight rates applied is correct and updated
  • Checks the export documentation compliance when processing the work order
  • Liaise directly with customers and provide solutions and reliable service
  • Provides flight details to customers within the stipulated time
  • Making sure that all monthly customer report is submitted on time
  • Answer calls and attend to customer's inquiries
  • Work with sales and other deparmtents collaboratively

Job Responsibilities :

  • At least 4 years of Air freight customer service experience within the logisitics industry
  • Basic computer knowledge (excel, word and powerpoint)
  • Cargo wise system knowledge is an advantage
