As part of our growth story, we are now looking to identify a Senior Partner for our business within ASEAN. We've built strong reputation across Executive Search and Advisory and we are looking to onboard a new Senior Partner to come build this business with us. - Practice Building & Market Ownership
Build and grow a sustainable Executive Search practice anchored in your network, sector expertise, and point of view. Drive origination, develop repeat business, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor within your market. - Advisory-Led Client Engagement
Engage senior stakeholders (CxO, Board level) with depth and credibility. Develop a strong understanding of business models, value drivers, and strategic priorities to shape mandates beyond surface-level briefs. - Partnership & Go-To-Market Alignment
Work closely with internal partners to drive a cohesive and collaborative go-to-market approach. Leverage shared relationships, knowledge, and delivery capability to unlock opportunities and deliver outcomes collectively. - Execution Excellence & Delivery Rigour
Lead end-to-end executive search mandates with precision. Ensure strong alignment between client expectations and candidate outcomes through structured assessment and high-quality delivery.
Sustainable Revenue & Relationship Building
Focus on building long-term client relationships that drive repeat engagement and consistent revenue. Prioritise depth and trust over transactional wins. - Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Contribute to refining how we operate — from mandate alignment to candidate selection. Leverage data, technology, and structured thinking to enhance decision-making and delivery outcomes
What It Takes
- Proven experience in Executive Search, Leadership Advisory, or Commercial Leadership roles

Demonstrated ability to originate, build, and scale client relationships or business lines.

Strong access to leadership network and market access across ASEAN

Experience partnering with and working through senior stakeholders (CxO / Board level)

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert opportunities into mandates across Executive Search, Advisory & Executive Assessment.
- A collaborative, partner-oriented mindset with a long-term view on value creation who is ready for an entrereneurial leadership role.
