Sales Executive

 Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new business through heavy telephone sales to warm leads.
  • Diligently handle incoming calls - understand the customer's needs, overcome objections, handle rejection in stride and ultimately close the sale.
  • Provide education about the terms and application of Finstros solutions and guide applications through the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships and deliver a great UX.
  • Ensure internal CRM and other systems are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Work either the Australian time zone or USA time zone as part of an international and collaborative team.

Experience And Skills Required

  • 3+ years of phone-based sales experience (preferably in BFSI) selling into SMBs.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in selling software, credit, or SaaS solutions to SMBs with a history of outperforming targets.
  • Sales skills and experience with value generation and consultative selling and exposure to being measured on Voice of Customer and Average Handling Time.
  • Passion to deliver outstanding service in every interaction with Customers.
  • The ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally.
  • Genuine excitement and energy to be part of the global expansion of a well-resourced, dynamic B2B FinTech business.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms (including Salesforce is desirable).
