Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Level: Mid-Senior

Reports to: VP of PH Operations

Work Schedule: US PST (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

Setup: Onsite


Job Description:

  • Plan, monitored, and manage the daily activities and operations of the revenue departments (recruitment, sourcing, and staff leasing) in Cebu and all P&L-impacting activities by gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and achieving KPI targets and performance of each team
  • Work closely with the Cebu and US department managers/leaders to facilitate process updates, improvements, and initiatives with the goal to improve the performance of Cebu teams
  • Function as the bridge between senior leadership and all revenue-generating departments
  • Function as the chief managing partner being on the front lines enabling to promote of employee motivation as well as details that hinder office productivity
  • Work with the VP to review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
  • Directly report to the VP of Operations; The SOM will also be the "person next in line" for "approvals and decision-making" if the VP is not available

Qualification:

  • Must be able to work 100% on-site on night shifts (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM PST)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Senior Manager with extensive experience and knowledge of business operations including sourcing, recruitment, BPO, management, client relations, and financial budgets
  • Knowledge of diverse departmental functions (e.g., Recruitment, Billables/BPO, Admin, Accounting, HR, Customer Service, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis, performance/operation metrics, and KPIs
  • Excellent organizational and motivational leadership abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • BSC/BA in business administration or relevant field and Six Sigma Certification
