We are looking for multiple Education Counsellors to provide detailed counselling and professional learning guidance to international students studying in Australia.

• Nepal
• India
• Vietnam
• Thailand
• Philippines
• Indonesia

Job Description

• Offer consultation to international students and help them understand various educational programs, professional programs, and admission procedures
• Assist international students in choosing the right institution and course according to their budget
• Assist/provide settlement services
• Provide welfare & advocacy support
• Assist with email, over-the-counter and telephone enquiries
• Assist with operational and day-to-day matters & general administration

Key Responsibilities

• Follow-up leads and client enquiries
• Excellent knowledge of the student visa process
• Good knowledge of the student admission process in Australian Institutions
• Provide information and advice to international students regarding course programs, degrees, and various study options in Australia
• Follow up on student enquiries and manage deadlines
• Manage requests and complaints and provide assistance as required
• Maintain relationships with students and clients to increase retention of students and clients
• Directly report to the Managing Director and provide support as required

Skills & Experience

• Minimum two years of working experience (ideal but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ability to manage deadlines
• Quick response time to enquiries, leads, requests and complaints
• Extensive diary and calendar management and problem solving
