Role Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can act as the deputy to the Head of Department and take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing execution, team coordination, campaign performance, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, keyword research, website optimization, content strategy, analytics, lead generation, and digital campaign management. This role requires someone who can both execute directly and guide junior team members.

The long-term expectation is that this person can gradually take broader ownership of the Digital Marketing Department as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and lead generation objectives.
  • Lead SEO activities including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Review and improve website pages for SEO, user experience, messaging, conversion, landing page quality, and lead generation.
  • Create keyword-driven content plans for blogs, landing pages, service pages, campaigns, and website updates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, cost per lead, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, SEO resources, PPC resources, and social media team members.
  • Review the quality of work produced by the team and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Support the Head of Department in planning, execution, reporting, process improvement, and team management.
  • Help improve marketing discipline, accountability, documentation, campaign tracking, and execution quality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Strong practical knowledge of SEO, PPC, keyword research, website optimization, analytics, and lead generation.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to review websites, campaigns, reports, and content from a business and performance perspective.
  • Experience managing or guiding a small digital marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of how digital marketing supports sales, brand visibility, and business growth.
  • Good communication, planning, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with leadership and convert business goals into clear marketing execution plans.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in IT services, software development, AI solutions, BPO, SaaS, outsourcing, or professional services.
  • Experience targeting U.S., Canadian, UK, or international markets.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of UI/UX, conversion funnels, landing pages, buyer journey, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Experience working with sales teams, content teams, designers, and developers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be more than a task executor. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute practically, lead a team, review work critically, and take ownership of results.

This person should be able to look at a website, SEO report, PPC campaign, keyword plan, or marketing dashboard and quickly identify what is missing, what needs improvement, and what actions should be taken.
