Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer with a strong interest and/or experience in B2B design to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global design environment. You will work closely with experienced marketers and product teams on a variety of real-world projects, contributing from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality visual content for B2B print, digital, web, and social media platforms

Develop creative concepts and visual design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and project goals

Prepare presentations, infographics, mockups, slide decks, and marketing collateral to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders and clients

Create UI/UX mockups for websites and digital products using tools like Figma or Adobe XD

Support the creation of brand-aligned social media creatives, landing pages, and display ads

Conduct research to support creative direction and gather visual inspiration relevant to B2B industries

Assist in organizing and maintaining design assets and file structures

Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to improve campaign visuals

Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Adobe XD a plus

Excellent attention to detail, layout, typography, and color balance

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative and technical abilities, particularly in B2B projects
Bonus Points:

Experience in web design (UI/UX) using tools like Figma or Adobe XD

Exposure to motion graphics or animation tools

Knowledge of branding, marketing principles, and content strategy

Experience working in a fast-paced or international client-facing environment
