Job Conditions: Onsite, full time, 02:00 pm to 11:00 pm PKT

Report to: Head of Digital Marketing

We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX sensibilities to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to branding, digital, print, and social media design initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with marketers, content creators, and developers to deliver compelling visuals and user-friendly design solutions across multiple platforms.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing content for print, digital platforms, and social media.
• Design and optimize UI/UX elements for web and mobile applications (layouts, wireframes, user flows, etc.).
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Conduct research and gather information to inform design decisions.
• Prepare presentations, infographics, mockups and marketing collateral design to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Assist with maintaining and organizing design files and assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends and software.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and in UI/UX. 
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Figma or Adobe XD.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for design and a desire to learn and grow.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including branding, social media, print, and UI/UX projects.

Optional requirements:

• Experience with web design or animation software.
• Experience in Editing and produce short-form videos, promotional clips, motion graphics, and animations for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
