  • Managing monthly accounting and reporting for several group entities, including foreign currency transactions.
  • Producing financial and covenant reporting for relevant business activities.
  • Maintaining and strengthening financial controls, reconciliations and reporting processes.
  • Supporting finance transformation, process improvements and wider business initiatives.
  • Working with NetSuite to support accurate and timely financial information.

About You

We're looking for a confident, technically capable accountant who can hit the ground running and build strong relationships across the business.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification, with at least two years' post-qualification experience.
  • A background in audit, either from practice or through previous industry experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of statutory reporting, UK GAAP and FRS 102.
  • Experience of group consolidations and financial reporting.
  • A good understanding of corporation tax and VAT.
  • Advanced Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • The confidence to work independently, manage deadlines and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Previous experience within financial services, lending or asset-based finance would be advantageous, although not essential.

What's on Offer?

  • £65,000 annual salary
  • 14–25 month maternity cover contract
  • One day working from home each week
  • Opportunity to work closely with an experienced senior finance team
  • Exposure to a growing business with a varied group structure
  • A role offering genuine responsibility, technical challenge and professional development
