Job Description:
HB People Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our valued client within the Energy Sector. We are recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Administrator. You will ideally have experience of working within a similar sector having a sound knowledge and understanding of the full recruitment and resourcing, process identifying quality stand out candidates. Your role will be to support the Talent Acquisition function with the day-to-day administration of the recruitment process.
This will include:
- writing job advertisements and advertising to promote opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Shortlisting candidate applications,
- Completing first stage telephone screening
- Booking in face-to-face interviews with Department Managers.
- Taking ownership of candidates queries, responding via email and telephone as well as in person.
- Post vacancies to multiple attraction sites.
- CV searching using various different channels.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager to headhunt specific candidates from our competitors for high end job roles, such as senior management positions.
- Arrange interviews between hiring manager and candidate ensuring that all legislative requirements are adhered to e.g. right to work validation.
- Confirm with hiring managers interview feedback and ensure a swift response to all candidates.
- Ensure all data in recruiting software is always up to date and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Assist with recruitment events, such as open evening, careers fairs and local job events.
- Engaging in a professional manner with recruitment agencies if and when needed to assist with sourcing candidates.
- Assist with maintaining management information and metrics, of the relevant recruitment monthly and annual statistics.
Core Competencies:
- Previous experience in a recruitment/talent role (minimum of 18 months agency or internal experience within a similar sector)
- A self-starter attitude, able to use own initiative.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with people at all levels.
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent IT skills (including experience of developing computerised systems and manipulating data to produce accurate management information reports).
- The ability to handle confidential matters sensitively.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills,
- Flexible to meet deadlines.
- Results driven.
- A full UK driving licence

Education/ Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs Grade C and above
- 3 A Levels Grade C and above Qualifications:
- Human resources management or similar field
Must Have Full Driving License
