The Role:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Winsford. As the Internal Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

The Daily Duties:

  • Outbound cold calling to non-active and dormant customers, to understand current requirements, and reasons why they never/did and/or don't use us.
  • Set up meetings for regional managers to go in and meet with them.
  • Offer product trials
  • Contact existing live customer base, go deeper and wider into accounts making them fully aware of the whole products and services portfolio.
  • Work with marketing to launch product promotions/events
  • Follow up on enquires following trade events
  • First point of contact for new account enquiries
  • Follow up following the opening of the account
  • Tracking of new business

The Responsibilities:

  •  to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure alignment and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise sales processes and enhance efficiency.

The Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in traffic management or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for driving sales success and exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
