Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms with questions about destinations, pricing, and travel options.
- Coordinate travel components such as flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and transportation.
- Provide up-to-date information on travel requirements, documentation, and agency procedures.
- Manage booking updates, special requests, and cancellations as needed.
- Maintain accurate client information and follow up before and after travel for confirmation and feedback.
- Address concerns professionally, with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset.
