Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
  • Assist clients with travel planning, hotel and transportation arrangements, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
  • Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
  • Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
  • Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
  • Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
