We are looking for a Hospitality & Travel Coordinator to support clients throughout their vacation and travel planning process. In this role, you will manage bookings, answer inquiries, coordinate accommodations, and ensure each client enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist clients with travel planning, hotel and transportation arrangements, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
- Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
- Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
- Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
- Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
