As part of our clients HR development and recruitment strategy, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition and HR Development Specialist to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting training and development initiatives to ensure the attraction, integration, and retention of top talent.

Main Responsibilities : 

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, databases, and employee referrals.

  • Screen CVs and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates using appropriate selection tools.

  • Manage the hiring process: job offers, negotiation of terms, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment data in the ATS.

  • Provide regular analytical reports and track hiring metrics.

  • Promote the companys employer brand and build positive candidate experiences.

Training and Development

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to assess training needs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver effective learning programs using diverse methods (e-learning, classroom, virtual).

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees across all levels.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers to ensure high-quality content.

  • Monitor training KPIs and stay informed about learning and development best practices.

Profile Required

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

  • Proven experience in both recruitment and learning & development.

  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR metrics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, analytical, and adaptable mindset.

  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
