We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in the Telecom domain to oversee the daily operations and ensure the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in telecom operations, process optimization, and team leadership to help drive business success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance protocols specifically suited to telecom operations.
  • Streamline processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure projects and operational activities remain on schedule and within defined budgets.
  • Forecast staffing needs and lead the recruitment of key operations personnel.
  • Supervise and ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional operational teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and telecom service standards.
  • Track operational KPIs and ensure data-driven improvements to productivity, error reduction, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, customer service, and product teams to optimize telecom solutions and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal frameworks, and safety standards relevant to the telecom sector.
  • Manage procurement, materials, inventory control, and vendor relationships aligned with telecom equipment and infrastructure needs.
  • Prepare and present budget reviews, forecasts, and cost plans to executive leadership.

Education and Qualification

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with telecom BSS/ESS/VAS systems and network operations workflows.
  • Experience using management software tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or CenterPoint Payroll.
  • Strong IT acumen, including database management and reporting.
  • Financial reporting experience in telecom or technology environments.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience

Special Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in an Operations Management role within the Telecom industry
  • Strong leadership and delegation capabilities with a track record of managing large, diverse teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and vendor management skills
  • Demonstrated success in budget management, resource planning, and operational oversight
  • Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English
