IMS Manager

Manage the activities of his team to ensure that clients are getting excellent services, ensure his team knowledge is the best among the industry and to ensure his team ability to adopt new technologies, in term of Post sale and presale activities

Principal Duties And Responsibilities 

• Follow Department Procedures, Standards, Workflow, and Documentation in co-ordination with his Manager.

• Setup the Key Result Areas for each Staff, training path, and career path and ensure that Staff is technically capable for doing their job.

• Follow the technical procedures within the department and implement a department Methodology that continuously improves the service.

• Ensure that the team matches the company business plans and aspirations with regards to adopting new lines of business.

• Manage assigned Installations and Projects

• Provide Technical Help to all his staff for escalated problems

• Responsible for Staff Productivity and Quality.

• To ensure performance evaluation of Engineers and keep them motivated. Ensure all the required trainings for certifications are being attended by the Engineers and the Engineers are certified in the latest products.

• Responsible for managing his resources within the company (in-house systems, development systems etc...)

Education and Qualification

• Minimum Graduate

Training Required

• Training on service management skills ITIL
• Training on project management skills
• Communication, leadership and soft skills
• Technical Training in infrastructure technologies

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT field with at least 5 years as a senior Engineer or solution architect

Special Skills

• Should have good IT Background and understand the new technologies.
