Telecom End to End Solution (E2E) Architect

E2E Solution Architect responsible for designing and leading the integration strategy, scope, and implementation approach. Oversee the design and roadmap alignment of ESS and BSS solutions, ensuring consistency with the development scope and strategic objectives within a Telecom Operator environment.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Experience in the design and implementation of Telecom BSS and ESS solutions, covering HLD, LLD, and all phases of the SDLC.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the creation of architecture blueprints, and technical documentation, ensuring successful solution delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Skilled in programming with Java, .NET, PHP, Laravel, and Magento, with a strong focus on backend systems and service integrations.
• Deep understanding of Telecom Billing Systems including Ericsson BSCS and Tecnotree.
• Charging system expertise includes Ericsson CS, with integration knowledge across legacy and modern environments.
• Extensive involvement in ESS applications such as SharePoint, Dealer Management System, WFM, Portals, and Mobile Apps, supporting enterprise operations.
• Strong background in mediation and provisioning using Nokia and Ericsson platforms.
• Delivered RESTful API solutions and managed API lifecycle using platforms like Tibco, Apigee and custom gateways, ensuring robust integration with BSS, ESS, and third-party systems.
• CRM experience includes Salesforce and Tecnotree platforms.
• Skilled in using tools like Jira for Agile project management, defect tracking, and sprint planning.
• Committed to continuous optimization through training, stakeholder engagement, and post-deployment support and evaluation.

Education and Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the telecom domain, and 5 years of hands-on in the designing and implementing of enterprise information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience working in Integration Architecture, preferably with experience on multiple organizational transformation initiatives.
• Experience that spans IT disciplines such as technical architecture, network management, integration management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.
• Experience with Telecommunication projects. Knowledge of BSS/ESS applications and integration scenarios
• ESS APPs : Sharepoint, DMS, RLMS, QMS, WFM, Portals, Mobile APPs
