Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Management of 10 resources.
  • ICT incidents and issues management.
  • 1st point of escalation.
  • single point of interface towards the customer care.
  • Root causes analysis.
  • NOC processes and procedures review and improvement.
  • Service quality monitoring and performance analysis.
  • KPIs trend analysis and dashboards preparation.
  • Trouble ticket analysis and supervision.
  • Follow up with the outages until fix.
  • Reporting for overall KPIs.

Education and Qualification

  • Electronics & Communications Engineering.

Training Required

  • ITIL certification V3.

Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in Telecom Field
