Foundry Production Supervisor

Main Responsibilities 

• Supervise and coordinate production operations. 
• Manage, supervise, and develop production teams.
• Ensure achievement of production targets (QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery). Monitor and analyze performance indicators.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production follow-up and resolve operational issues on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
• Support training and skill development of operators and team leaders.
• Contribute to process optimization and reduction of production losses (scrap, downtime, cycle time).
• Participate in production planning and capacity management activities.
• Ensure proper communication between shifts and maintain operational continuity.

Required Profile

• Higher technician diploma or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in production within a foundry environment.
• Strong experience in team management in an industrial environment.
• Experience in the automotive or aerospace sectors is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of foundry processes.
• Ability to drive performance and manage on-the-ground priorities.
• Analytical mindset, leadership, and results-oriented approach.
