Main Responsibilities
- Define, design, and model production processes (routing, flows, workstations, standard times).
- Manage the industrialization of new products from the prototype phase to mass production launch.
- Participate in product development in collaboration with the Engineering and R&D teams.
- Design and optimize industrial resources (tooling, equipment, line layout).
- Carry out process risk analyses (Process FMEA) and implement the associated action plans.
- Prepare and update technical documentation (work instructions, operating procedures, standards).
- Monitor testing phases, pre-series, and industrial start-ups.
- Ensure compliance with QCD objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery) during launches.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to Lean projects (5S, Kaizen, SMED).
- Train and support production teams on new processes and standards.
- Work closely with the Production, Quality, Methods, and Supply Chain teams.
Required Profile
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in industrialization, methods, or process engineering in an industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, or industrial transformation).
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, SMED, Kaizen, VSM).
- Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, control plans).
- Ability to define and structure robust industrial processes.
- Good command of CAD tools (such as SolidWorks, CATIA) is an advantage.
- Good level of French and English (international industrial environment).
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to work in a project team.
