As a Talent Manager Supervisor, you will drive initiatives that empower teams, build strong leadership pipelines, and enhance employee engagement all while ensuring alignment with the Groups global HR vision.
This strategic role focuses on driving talent development, and boosting team performance through targeted initiatives in training, leadership, engagement, and employer branding
Your Main Missions
- Lead and continuously improve the annual performance management process, ensuring it supports business and people growth.

Design and implement the annual training plan, aligned with strategic objectives and workforce development needs.

Identify and nurture high-potential talents, implementing career development and succession planning programs.

Drive employee engagement through surveys, analysis, and actionable initiatives that strengthen motivation and retention.

Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being, fostering a culture of respect and belonging.

Develop leadership programs to support current and future leaders in their growth journey.

Enhance employer branding in partnership with internal communications, making the company a top employer of choice.

Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.

Align local HR practices with the Groups global talent strategy, collaborating closely with HR leadership.

Support managers and HR teams in implementing talent tools, policies, and best practices.
Your Profile
- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management or HR Development within an international or industrial environment.
- Strong expertise in HR project management, training, and skills development.
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR systems.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated leadership and team spirit, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
