Continuous Improvement and Production System Manager (M/F)

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy continuous improvement initiatives within production units.
• Ensure the management and optimization of the production system.
• Identify performance improvement areas and implement optimization actions.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Lean).
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
• Support teams in change management and the development of best industrial practices.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support the standardization of production processes across all manufacturing areas.
• Develop and maintain Lean tools and visual management systems on the shop floor.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects involving production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and ensure sustainable corrective actions.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture through training, coaching, and daily support of operational teams.
• Participate in industrial performance reviews and management meetings.
• Benchmark internal performance against industry best practices and propose innovative solutions.
• Support digitalization initiatives related to production monitoring and performance tracking systems

• • Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
    
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
    
  • Proven experience in the automotive or aerospace sectors.
    
  • Strong knowledge of production systems and continuous improvement tools.
    
  • Good knowledge of Kaizen / Lean Manufacturing methods.
    
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
    
  • Leadership, analytical mindset, and performance-oriented approach.
