Job Overview
Datasection Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented, reliable Remote Administrative Assistant to provide day‑to‑day administrative support to our management and operations teams. In this role, you will help keep projects organized, communications clear, and information accurate so our clients and internal teams can work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize emails, calendars, and scheduling for managers and team members.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested.
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
Assist with basic reporting, tracking tasks, and following up on pending items and deadlines.
Support virtual meetings by sending invites, sharing links, preparing basic materials, and taking notes.
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing digital documents, organizing shared folders, and updating internal records.
Communicate promptly and professionally with internal teams and, when needed, with clients or external partners via email and chat.
Follow established procedures and confidentiality guidelines when working with company and client information.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or office support role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic office software (Word, Excel, Google Workspace, or similar tools).
Ability to learn new systems and follow clear step‑by‑step instructions.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, organized workspace at home.
Self‑motivated, responsive, and able to manage time and tasks with minimal supervision.
