Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual calls for managers and team members.

Assist with email management, including organizing inboxes, flagging priority messages, and drafting simple responses as directed.

Prepare and format basic documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using standard office software.

Support data entry tasks, maintain tracking sheets, and help keep records accurate and up‑to‑date.

Help coordinate virtual meetings and webinars, including sending invitations, sharing links, and distributing materials.

Perform online research and compile information or summaries as requested by supervisors.

Organize electronic files and folders to ensure information is easy to locate and share.

Required Skills and Qualifications


Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role is preferred but not required for fast learners.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polite tone.
