As a Remote Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of sales processes and strategies to accelerate growth, drive performance, and ensure alignment between sales and broader organizational goals. This role is both analytical and operational, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration, deep knowledge of sales tools and metrics, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps teams to support territory planning, compensation design, pipeline forecasting, and performance reporting. Ideal candidates bring a data-driven mindset, experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and a strong understanding of go-to-market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize sales strategies, operating models, and KPIs to drive predictable revenue growth

Manage sales forecasting, territory and quota planning, and compensation strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market plans with company objectives

Design and maintain performance dashboards and analytics reports to guide sales execution

Identify process inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and automate key workflows

Own CRM data integrity, reporting frameworks, and systems used for pipeline tracking and analytics

Support strategic initiatives such as product launches, pricing analysis, and organizational restructuring

Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales ops team members or analysts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, business planning, or revenue operations

Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

Experience with sales process design, GTM strategy, and sales compensation planning

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
