About the Role
Were seeking a compassionate and professional female RPN experienced in elder care. This role is ideal for someone who values connection, independence, and delivering uplifting, respectful care in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, grooming, and hygiene
• Support mobility, ambulation, and transfers
• Provide companionship and mental engagement
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming)
• Support with hearing and mild cognitive decline
• Monitor safety and respond to emergencies
• Follow and adapt a personalized care plan

What the Family is Looking For:

• Experience in private home care or senior care
• High level of compassion, reliability, and initiative
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Someone the family can trust and rely on when not present
• Patient-focused approach that values emotional and physical care

Requirements:

• Active RPN license in Ontario
• PSW certification (an asset)
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Valid Police Background Check
• Comfortable working in a private home setting
