We are currently in search of a growth-oriented General Dermatologist to take on a leadership role within a thriving practice, as the current physician founder transitions into retirement. By assuming this position, you will have the immediate opportunity to acquire partial ownership in both the practice itself and the associated management company. In this capacity, you will play a crucial and central role in perpetuating the legacy and furthering the growth trajectory of the practice.

The incoming physician will also have the advantage of participating in profit-sharing, productivity bonuses, and equity vesting, thereby aligning personal success with the practice's prosperity. As the designated leader of this dynamic practice, you will oversee a seasoned team of dedicated Physician Assistants who collectively provide care to approximately 15,000 patients on an annual basis.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Dermatology

• Must hold an active NY License

• 1-5 years experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills

• Clinical expertise and a patient-centric approach

• Strategic planning and financial acumen

• Business Development skills
